Manapakkam is a suburb of Chennai in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu located along the Mount-Poonamallee Road in Chennai. It is now a home to many IT companies like DLF Cybercity Chennai and Larsen & Toubro. It is much accessible through road, 6kms from airport and Guindy railway station. Ayur sadhana started its journey from April-2023. Ayur Sadhana decided to disseminate the ayurveda in and around Chennai and it imparts a positive health as near as nature to the sufferers and seekers by providing ayurvedic consultancy and Panchakarma therapies.   AYUR SADHANA runs with a full-fledged facility and staffs. Dr. S. Chandrasekar, M.D. in Rasa shastra is the chief consultant and Dr. E. Keerthika, B.A.M.S. along with Dr. I. Mercy Sebastin Ranjitha, B.A.M.S. as a general Physician are providing their service. This centre also has well trained male and female Pancha karma specialists. Apart from them Dr. Ramya Rajalakshmi an ayurvedic surgeon – Kshara sutra specialist and Dr.Sri Ramakrishnan Pancha Karma specialist are available on call. Our centre is upgraded with well-equipped panchakarma therapy rooms and a pharmacy where ayurvedic medicines are dispensed to our patients.
